By purchasing, installing, or using Content Analyst Dashboard (the “Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (“You”, “Customer”) and techzs (“We”, “Us”, “Our”), the creator and distributor of the Software.

Software License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the accompanying LICENSE file, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on your own infrastructure.

Deploy and operate the Software for internal or client use
Customize and modify the Software for your needs
Use the Software as part of social media management services

This license applies to the self-hosted version (v1.x). This is not a SaaS subscription.

Permitted & Prohibited Uses

You MAY:

Self-host on your own infrastructure
Use for internal business or client services
Charge clients for services performed using the Software

You MAY NOT:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source code
Offer the Software as a SaaS or hosted product
Share the source code publicly or privately
White-label and resell the Software as your own product

Ownership & Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Software, including its source code, design, and documentation. You retain ownership of your data, content, and infrastructure.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for data loss, security incidents, downtime, or indirect damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
